The publishers retain the right to refuse any advertising. Classified Feature and Jumbo ads must be of a used, unique one of a kind item only. The advertising herein, including the photographs are the property of Dominion Enterprises. Dominion Enterprises reserves the right to abbreviate ad copy. The advertiser has purchased the right of reproduction in Dominion Enterprises's magazines only and does not have the right to reproduce the ad or photo in any other place or publication. Contents of the publication are covered by Copyright and offenders will be prosecuted under the law. Ad will appear only in the appropriate classification. This will be done solely at the Publisher's discretion and all decisions are final. No refunds will be issued once the vehicle picture is taken or submitted. Prices are subject to change without notification. Liability of Dominion Enterprises for errors or omissions for any ad shall not exceed the cost of the ad. Notification of any error or omission must be made prior to the deadline of the following weeks publication. Only major errors such as photo omission, switching, mis-identification and wrong address/phone numbers shall be cause for credit. Photo errors credit will be given based on the percentage of the ad that contains erred photos. Dominion Enterprises does not guarantee the value of any merchandise.
